ONLINE FORMS UPDATE
Many thanks to all the REALTORS® who have submitted suggestions for our Online Forms System. We give all suggestions prompt and serious attention.
Additional recent updates:
- Save Licensee Contacts: You can now save contacts for Listing and Selling Agents! To begin, select "Licensee Management" under "Tools" on the Online Forms main screen. On the form information page, you can click the "Select Licensee" button to pick a licensee you've saved from
the list. Your own profile will also appear as the first item in this list. "Clear" buttons have been added as well so you can clear data from the Selling Licensee, Listing Licensee, Buyer and Seller sections. - RMLS™ Listing Addendums: The RMLS™ Long and Short Listing Addendums have been added to "Print Blank Forms."
- Privacy Policy: On September 14, 2005, the OREF Board of Directors approved a Privacy Policy that covers all OREF websites. To read the new policy, go to http://www.orefonline.com/privacypolicy.asp
- Blank Forms: All OREF forms are now available as blank forms that you can print and then complete by hand. These are forms are in Adobe pdf format.
- Math Calculations: All five OREF Sale Agreements now have math calculating on page one for the purchase price, earnest money and loan amount. These forms are marked with a “c” after the form number – example: OREF-001c. Sale Agreements without the math calculations are also available – example: OREF-001.
- Character Limit: The limits on the number of characters in the listing and selling licensee addresses have been removed. These fields will now accommodate any length of address.
- RMLS™ Forms: Blank PDFs of RMLS™ Listing forms are now available on the system under “Print Blank Forms”
