License to Use: Restrictions

The Oregon Association of REALTORS® (Association) hereby grants its members a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Seller’s Advisory in accordance with this Agreement and any guidelines or policies adopted by the Association. The Association reserves the right to suspend or revoke, in its sole discretion, the license with or without notice or reason and without liability on the part of the Association.

The Seller’s Advisory is exclusively for use by members the Oregon Association of REALTORS® in providing professional real estate services to clients and customers. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved. All materials available on or through the Seller’s Advisory, other than third-party sites linked to the Seller’s Advisory, are the property of the Association and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Association reserves the right to impose additional terms and conditions upon use of the Seller’s Advisory. Any such terms and conditions may be posted on the Association’s Website in connection with the Seller’s Advisory.

Members may not reproduce the Risk Management Toolkit, in whole or in part, in any manner, except as follows: Members may reproduce a single copy of the Seller’s Advisory for individual clients and customers. Members may link to or redisplay the Seller’s Advisory on their own Intranet site provided access to the Seller’s Advisory is limited to providing professional real estate services to clients and customers. Members may co-brand the Seller’s Advisory as long as members preserve the copyright, trademark, or other notices contained in or associated with the Seller’s Advisory.

Except pursuant to the terms and condition of this Agreement, members may not distribute copies to others, whether or not in electronic form and whether or not for a charge or other consideration, without prior written consent of the Association.
