If you are responsible for your Association/Boards’ professional standards administration, you are required by NAR to successfully complete training every four years. About the Instructor: Diane Mosley, RCE 

Diane Mosley joined the NAR staff in 1990, serving as Assistant Director of Professional Standards and Multiple Listing Policy. Prior to joining NAR, Diane spent one year as the Director of MLS for the Honolulu Board of REALTORS® and five subsequent years as the Professional Standards Coordinator for both the Honolulu Board and the Hawaii Association of REALTORS®.

During her tenure with NAR, Diane has conducted numerous outreach programs for state Association sponsored professional standards training programs, has taught several sessions at the National level, and has participated in many regional trainings. She has the major responsibility for NAR’s mediation training seminar, critical in positioning mediation as the preferred method of dispute resolution for the REALTOR® family, and the professional standards education seminar which provides REALTORS®, Association counsel, and Association Executives with comprehensive, accurate, and timely policy guidance. She is also responsible for updating all professional standards and multiple listing policy manuals and materials on an annual basis to reflect current National policies and procedures.
