Oregon REALTORS® continues to strengthen its commitment to fair housing in the real estate industry. To further this commitment, we are offering this opportunity to all our members to participate in the 2024 Fair Housing Challenge!

To complete the challenge, achieve the components listed below, and then fill out the Fair Housing Challenge Completion Form

Watch the 2024 Fair Housing Summit Recording
Attend one (virtual or in-person) Affinity Association event
Complete one additional Fair Housing related course of your choosing
Attend at least one Diversity Key Committee Book club session

Affinity Group Events

Diversity Key Committee Book Club

Oregon REALTORS® Diversity Key Committee Book Club provides members with an opportunity to learn how to put fair housing in to practice and further affirmatively fair housing in your community with the book, Just Action, but Leah and Richard Rothstein. Each month we discuss a new chapter or two of the book and share our reflections, takeaways, best practices, and more.

Want to get better at talking about Fair Housing? Want to hear how others are strengthening fair housing in their marketplace? Join us on the 3rd Friday of each month. We start with a quick recap of the chapter for anyone who wasn’t able to read it (we still want you to join, even if you haven’t read the book yet), and then dive into discussion.
