Incoming Presidents, Association Executives and any other incoming local leaders you feel would benefit from leadership training.


E. #53 – Every association’s chief paid staff must attend at least six hours of REALTOR® association professional development on an annual basis (i.e., state, regional or national).

H. #56 -Associations will annually provide resources for or access to leadership development education and/or training for their elected REALTOR® leaders, and will document the training, tools, programs, and resources they offer or provide access to.

As a PRP CP-T Teresa Stone has the competency and expertise to assist organizations, associations, and societies in their work. This includes, but is not limited to – bylaw interpretation, drafting initial bylaws, bylaw amendments, and/or a bylaw revision; holding workshops and presenting educational sessions on parliamentary procedure and meeting management; assisting the chair in the “how-tos” of presiding; being a professional presider; policy development.

Roger Turcotte, CBR, CDEI, DREI, GRI has been recognized as Educator of the Year by the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS® and REALTOR® of the Year by the Concord, NH board of REALTORS®. He was the managing partner of a successful real estate company; he served as president of his local board; he served as chairman of NH Association of REALTORS® legal committee and as a member of that association’s executive committee and board of directors.
