Join us for an exciting new program exclusive for Oregon Leadership Academy Graduates. The OLA Graduate Program draws on adventure based learning techniques and highlights courage as the most important leadership and business virtue.

  • 12:30pm Program Concludes (subject to change based on group activity)

Applications to participate in the program are due May 1, 2020. Applicants must have graduated from the Oregon Leadership Academy or Leadership Institute NW.

    One of the goals of Oregon Leadership Academy is to build a network of Association leaders who can enhance their problem-solving and other leadership abilities through shared perspectives and working together.
  • To complete the Oregon Leadership Academy Graduate Program, a participant is expected to attend the following session:
  • If accepted into the Oregon Leadership Academy Graduate Program, you or your principal broker/sponsor will be responsible for the $495 tuition fee which covers all program costs, including the training sessions, some meals, and instructional materials. All travel and lodging will be the responsibility of the attendee. (All participants are encouraged to pay a portion of the tuition themselves).
  • I understand the purposes of the Oregon Leadership Academy Graduate Program. If I am selected, I will devote the time and resources necessary to complete the program. Even though emergencies arise, any participant missing more than the allotted attendance requirement, for whatever reason, may be asked to withdraw from the program and no portion of the tuition shall be refunded. I understand the above commitments and agree to be bound by them in signing this application.
