Jenny Pakula, Esq., CAE, RCE

Chief Executive Officer

Jenny currently serves as OAR’s Chief Executive Officer, responsible for all aspects of planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating the staff programs and activities of the Association. Additionally, she is responsible for assisting with the Association's Legal Hotline and providing programs and services which help members reduce and manage their risks of doing business. She is an instructor on many topics and travels throughout the state teaching risk management courses. She is responsible for RPAC fundraising, procuring sponsorships and affinity programs, and is staff liaison to the HOME Foundation, Business Issues Key Committee, and Professional Standards and Legal Action Committees.

Erin Murphy,

Chief Financial Officer

Erin oversees the accounting, budgeting, and finances of the Association and its entities. Additionally, she is responsible for the financial stewardship and financial strategy to ensure they line up with the association’s strategic plan, mission and values.

Jeremy Rogers,

Director of Legal Affairs & Public Policy

Jeremy is responsible for the Legal Affairs of the Association and for initiating and coordinating the Association’s political communication and grassroots advocacy strategy at the local, state, and federal levels. He also serves as staff liaison to the Issues Mobilization Committee, RPAC Trustees, and Government Affairs and Political Affairs Key Committees.

Taylor Shanaman,

Government Affairs Director

Taylor is the newest member to the OAR team, most recently serving as the Government Affairs Director for the Tacoma-Pierce County Association of REALTORS®.  As the Political Director for OAR, Taylor will be responsible for developing and implementing the OAR RPAC fundraising strategy, enhancing the grassroots political strategies and working with the advocacy team on key legislative initiatives.

Kyle Macadam,

Government Affairs Coordinator

Kyle is OAR’s Government Affairs Coordinator, responsible for keeping the Government Affairs Department of the Association running efficiently and effectively by coordinating administrative support to the Director and the Department. Kyle will also assist the team with coordination of OAR’s involvement in state issue and candidate campaigns as well as with preparing and maintaining committee meeting minutes for the Government Affairs and Political Affairs Key Committees and the ORPAC Trustees.

Kelly Barker,

Office Manager/Administrative Support Coordinator

Kelly is the Office Manager and Administrative Support Coordinator, providing support to all of OAR’s departments and entities. She is the Professional Standards Administrator; manages the Oregon REALTOR® Plaza; serves as an operational resource for local AE’s and is responsible for Core Standards compliance.

Lori Broncheau,

Executive Assistant

Lori provides administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, Executive Committee, and Board of Directors. She is also the staff liaison to the Elections and REALTOR® of the Year Committees. Additionally, she assists local associations with organizational standards and supports OAR leadership with activities at the national level. Lori is in charge of planning OAR’s annual convention/trade-show, spring governance and assists with the HOME Foundation fundraisers.

Jan Presley,

Accounting Administrator

Jan handles all financial aspects of the REALTOR® PAC and is responsible for ensuring that all State and Federal compliance requirements for RPAC are met, including filings for RPAC financial information with the appropriate government entity in a timely manner.

Lindy Rickert,

Marketing & Communication Manager

Lindy is responsible for creating and implementing the marketing and communications plan to further OAR’s mission and strategic plan and to increase awareness of its programs and policy work. She leads communication efforts to provide ongoing information to OAR members about education, events, and key emerging issues facing the real estate industry.  Lindy also manages OAR’s communications channels including website, email marketing, social media, public and media relations, and marketing collateral.

Joey Gomez,

Marketing & Communications Coordinator

Joey produces visual and digital content for events, social media, newsletters and the website.  He also assists in creating and developing marketing content via videos, flyers, brochures, advertisements, to further inform and educate members.

Gretchen Kronenberg,

Membership & Finance Coordinator

Gretchen is responsible for coordination, maintenance, and processing of the Association’s finance and membership information. She also provides support services to the CFO with bookkeeping and accounting activities in daily, monthly, and annual cycles.

Katie Moore,

Education Coordinator

Katie is in charge of sending out class correspondence, processing CE for classes, registering students, and processing transactions and payments. She assists the Education Manager with additional needs and also works on the GRI designation.

Shaun Jillions, Jillions Group LLC

Chief Lobbyist

As a consultant to the Association via Jillions Group LLC, Shaun is responsible for lobbying the State Legislature and Executive Branch agencies on behalf of REALTOR® interests, developing legislative and regulatory strategy, and providing legal analysis of legislative and regulatory proposals.  In addition, Shaun advises on the grassroots and political affairs of the Oregon REALTORS® as well as RPAC activities.
