Jenny Pakula, Esq., CAE, RCE

Chief Executive Officer

Jenny joined Oregon REALTORS® in September of 2003. Prior to stepping into the role of CEO, Jenny served as the Association’s legal counsel, providing programs and services which help members reduce and manage their risks of doing business.  Jenny is responsible for all aspects of planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating the staff programs and activities of the Association. In 2004, Jenny was instrumental in forming the Oregon REALTORS® HOME Foundation which has provided over $1.7 million to organizations dedicated to affordable housing. Over the years, Jenny has served the National Association of REALTORS® on a variety of committees, including the Professional Standards Interpretations and Procedures Sub-Committee, chair of the Association Executives Institute and the Legal Action Committee.

Erin Murphy,


Erin oversees the accounting, budgeting, and finances of the Association and its entities. Additionally, she is responsible for the financial stewardship and financial strategy to ensure they line up with the association’s strategic plan, mission and values.

Jeremy Rogers,

Director of Legal Affairs & Public Policy

Jeremy is responsible for the Legal Affairs of the Association and works with the Government Affairs team on policy and legislative issues.  He staffs the Business Issues Key Committee,  the Legal Action Committee, the Economic Development Committee, and also works on Professional Standards issues.  Jeremy works on the Association’s Legal Hotline and on providing programs, services and tools which help members reduce and manage their risks of doing business.

Taylor Shanaman,

Government Affairs Director

Taylor is responsible for coordinating Oregon REALTORS® government affairs efforts. She is staff liaison to our four advocacy committees: Government Affairs and Political Affairs Key Committees, ORPAC Trustees, and Issues Mobilization. She is responsible for developing and implementing the ORPAC fundraising strategy, enhancing and implementing grassroots advocacy programs and strategies, and coordinating the advocacy team on key legislative initiatives.

Brock Nation,

Grassroots Advocacy Manager

Brock is Oregon REALTORS® Grassroots Advocacy Manager, responsible for keeping the Government Affairs Department of the Association running efficiently and effectively by coordinating administrative support to the Director and the Department. Brock will also assist the team with coordination of Oregon REALTORS® involvement in state issue and candidate campaigns as well as with preparing and maintaining committee meeting minutes for the Government Affairs and Political Affairs Key Committees and the ORPAC Trustees.

Kelly Barker,

Administrative Coordinator & Facility Manager

Kelly provides support to all departments and entities. She is the Professional Standards Administrator, manages human resources and the Oregon REALTOR® Plaza, serves as an operational resource for local Association Executives, and is responsible for the state's Core Standards compliance. Kelly also works with our legal team, and is the staff liaison to the Safety Committee and the Good Neighbor Award Recognition Committee.

Lori Broncheau,

Executive Assistant

Lori provides administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, Executive Committee, and Board of Directors. She is also the staff liaison to the Elections and REALTOR® of the Year Committees. Additionally, she assists local associations with organizational standards and supports Oregon REALTORS® leadership with activities at the national level. Lori is in charge of planning our annual convention/trade-show, spring governance and assists with the HOME Foundation fundraisers.

Charlotte Van Werven,

Administrative Support & ORPAC Coordinator

Charlotte acts as ORPAC administrator which includes processing incoming and outgoing contributions and keeping records of Major Investors. She also assists the Executive Assistant with managing association governance and serves the office through administrative support.

Alex Hermon,

Receptionist & Administrative Support

Alex is the first point of contact for the entire organization.  She provides day-to-day support to the team, including answering phones, greeting guests, directing incoming and outgoing mail, ordering office supplies, and maintaining an efficient office environment. She also assists the membership department with operations and handles membership inquiries. If you call or email with a question, Alex will ensure you get the information you need.

Anna Rogers,

Administrative Support

Anna provides administrative support to others in the office to maintain an efficient office environment. She manages the social media presence for the HOME Foundation  and assists with sponsorships and events.  Anna is a student at Oregon State University, currently pursuing a degree in Economics.

Erin Burt,

Communications Director

Erin is responsible for creating and implementing the marketing and communications plan to further Oregon REALTORS® mission and strategic plan and to increase awareness of its programs and policy work. She leads communication efforts to provide ongoing information to Oregon members about education, events, and key emerging issues facing the real estate industry.  Erin also manages Oregon REALTORS® communications channels including website, email marketing, social media, public and media relations, and marketing collateral.

Shayna Olson,

Marketing Coordinator

Shayna develops and executes member-benefit driven communication and marketing messages, through social media, email and the Oregon REALTORS® website. She assists all Oregon REALTORS® departments to ensure communication is in keeping with Oregon REALTORS® brand.

Gretchen Kronenberg,

Finance & Membership Administrator

Gretchen is responsible for coordination, maintenance, and processing of the Association’s finance and membership information. She also provides support services to the CFO with bookkeeping and accounting activities in daily, monthly, and annual cycles.

Erica Curry,

Director of Education & Diversity

Erica is responsible for strategic initiatives within continuing education and implementing the Professional Development plans created by the volunteer leadership. She leads the day-to-day management of our education department and serves as the staff liaison to the Professional Development Key Committee and Diversity Committee.

Katie Moore,

Education & I.T. Coordinator

Katie is in charge of sending out class correspondence, processing CE for classes, registering students, and processing transactions and payments. She assists the Education Manager with additional needs and also works on the GRI designation.

Shaun Jillions, Jillions Group LLC

Chief Lobbyist

As a consultant to the Association via Jillions Group LLC, Shaun is responsible for lobbying the State Legislature and Executive Branch agencies on behalf of REALTOR® interests, developing legislative and regulatory strategy, and providing legal analysis of legislative and regulatory proposals.  In addition, Shaun advises on the grassroots and political affairs of the Oregon REALTORS® as well as RPAC activities.
