Oregon Association of REALTORS® Diversity Committee is pleased to invite you to the Leading with Diversity workshop to be held at the Salem Convention Center on Tuesday December 4, 2018. 

The three-hour workshop is held on Tuesday morning from 9am to 12pm facilitated by Fred Underwood, NAR Director of Diversity. He will help you examine the diversity in your market area, analyze how diversity impacts your Association’s ability to achieve its mission, determine where your association is on the path to diversity and inclusion, and develop an action plan appropriate to your needs. The workshop will conclude with luncheon speaker PSU Professor Randy Blazak, inspiring the audience to be great leaders for diversity.
