2024 Sessions:

Session 1: Feb 21-23 | Oregon REALTORS® Office, Salem, OR

Session 2: April 24-26 | SCP Redmond, Redmond, OR

Session 3: June 26-28 | Inn at Spanish Head, Lincoln City, OR


Academy participants will work together in training courses, combining individual study, group sessions, and actual project experience in using leadership skills. Training sessions include identification of leadership skills, team-building exercises, procedures for goal setting, personal profile analysis, network building and improving communication skills. Groups are comprised of participants from different areas, so you’ll grow your referral network while learning! Since its inception, 153 graduates have joined the ranks of the Oregon Leadership Academy.


Cost: $795/person – Includes three training sessions, some meals and instructional materials.




Participants are responsible for transportation, lodging, and incidental expenses.  

Disclaimer: In order to meet minimum contractual obligations for the event venues, it is important that each class member make accommodation reservations at the specified hotel for each of the three sessions.
