The Legal Hotline is now available as a no-cost member benefit to all Oregon REALTORS® Members!
Once you have completed the memorandum you will be returned to our home page. Please note that communications for Legal Hotline are done through email. You can direct your questions to [email protected]
Oregon REALTORS® Legal Hotline provides members the opportunity to ask real estate-related questions of an attorney specializing in real estate and contract law. We support members on a variety of topics including disclosure, license law, contracts and offers.
The Legal Hotline is open Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (except on holidays and during NAR and Oregon REALTORS® conventions). Members may e-mail questions to the Legal Hotline [email protected] at any time and can expect an answer within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Changing brokerages or type of license will not affect an individual’s access to the Legal Hotline.
Before contacting the Legal Hotline, please review the Legal Hotline Brochure and complete the Memorandum of Understanding by clicking the “Memorandum of Understanding” button below. If you have any questions, please contact Oregon REALTORS® at (503) 362-3645.
The Legal Hotline is only available for Oregon REALTORS® members.
