Principal Broker Academy Questionnaire
Oregon REALTORS® Principal Broker Academy will prepare you to lead your office through the day-to-day operations and build the skills you need for the long term.
Before You Apply
Here are a few things you’ll need to know as you consider your responses.
Attendance
Each participant must complete all 5 hours of online coursework in advance of the 3-day in-person classes, must attend all in-person classes, and complete and submit the assigned work.
Cost
$795/person, which includes access to online and in-person course materials.
Class Dates
Check our Events Calendar for all upcoming in-person class dates. Remember that all attendees must complete the online section before attending the in-person sessions.
Registration
Complete the questionnaire below, and once your status as a Principal Broker or Managing Principal Broker is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to register and send payment for your Principal Broker Academy class. You won’t be registered until this step is complete. When your registration is complete, you’ll receive a link to the online portion to complete in advance of the in-person session.

Each Principal Broker Academy participant must be a Principal Broker or Managing Principal Broker and a member of Oregon REALTORS®. Once this questionnaire is submitted and status is confirmed, you will receive a link to register for your session. You are not registered until that follow-up step is complete.
