Principal Broker Academy Application
Running a brokerage is one of the most complex and consequential roles in real estate. Oregon REALTORS® Principal Broker Academy will prepare you to lead your office through the day-to-day and to plan for the long term.
Before You Apply
Here are a few things you’ll need to know as you consider your application.
Attendance
Each participant must complete all online coursework in advance of in-person classes, must attend all in-person classes, and complete and submit the assigned work.
Cost
$695/person, which includes access to online and in-person course materials.
Class Dates
Check our Events Calendar for all upcoming in-person class dates. Remember that all attendees must complete the online section before attending the in-person sessions.
Principal Broker Academy Application
We recommend taking a minimum of 30 days before your in-person session to complete the online portion of the Principal Broker Academy. Be sure to apply well in advance of the 30 days needed before the in-person classes. Each Principal Broker Academy participant must be a member of Oregon REALTORS®.
