Meet the Team
Meet the team advocating for REALTORS® across Oregon.
Jenny is responsible for all aspects of planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating the staff programs and activities of the Association, and works in tandem with the Executive Committee, the Board of Directors, Senior Leadership, and staff.
David executes the association’s strategic, operational, and budgetary goals in collaboration with the Executive Committee, Board of Directors, Senior Leadership Team and staff. He also oversees the day-to-day operations and personnel, and functions as the second in command, acting as the Chief Executive Officer’s representative in their absence.
Jeremy manages the Legal and Government Affairs departments at Oregon REALTORS, overseeing the association’s risk management, legislative advocacy, grassroots advocacy and political action committee functions.
Ann is responsible for planning and directing promotional campaigns, supervising and coordinating the Marketing and Communications Department, and ensuring that marketing and communications align with the organization’s overall goals.
Brock is responsible for keeping the Government Affairs Department of the Association running efficiently and effectively by coordinating administrative support to the Director and the Department. Brock will also assist the team with coordination of Oregon REALTORS® involvement in state issue and candidate campaigns as well as with preparing and maintaining committee meeting minutes for the Government Affairs and Political Affairs Key Committees and the ORPAC Trustees.
Kelly holds a dual-role position that combines strategic governance oversight with operational facility management. In her governance capacity, Kelly is responsible for establishing and maintaining effective frameworks that promote organizational integrity, accountability, and compliance. She works closely with executive leadership and the Board to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, strengthen risk management practices, and support informed decision-making. In addition, Kelly oversees the operations, maintenance, and safety of the Oregon REALTORS® Plaza and its tenants, ensuring a well-managed, secure, and efficient physical environment. Through these roles, Kelly plays a key part in supporting both the organization’s strategic objectives and its day-to-day operational excellence.
Liana plans, organizes, and executes a wide range of association events, including HOME Foundation fundraisers, networking opportunities, and member-focused programming. She also oversees the planning and delivery of educational classes in both in-person and virtual formats.
Nicholas provides in-house legal counsel to the Association and its committees, provides risk management guidance to members through the Legal Hotline, and develops programs, services and tools that help members practice real estate in Oregon competently, lawfully and ethically.
Shayna develops and executes member-benefit driven communication and marketing messages, through social media, email and the Oregon REALTORS® website. She assists all Oregon REALTORS® departments to ensure communication is in keeping with Oregon REALTORS® brand, and is the staff liaison for the Safety Committee.
As a consultant to the association, Jodi is responsible for lobbying the State Legislature and Executive Branch agencies on behalf of REALTOR® interests, developing legislative and regulatory strategy, and providing analysis of legislative and regulatory proposals.

Anna supports the organization’s Government Affairs and legal functions during the summer legislative interim. In this role, she provides high-quality legal research, legislative analysis, and written work on a variety of real estate, land use, and public policy issues. Working under the guidance of both the General Counsel and Director of Government Affairs, Anna helps advance the Association’s advocacy and policy priorities, contributing to informed decision-making and effective legislative engagement.
