The revamped PBA combines focused, asynchronous online coursework with a two-and-a-half-day in-person session built for hands-on application. With a sharper emphasis on risk management and brokerage leadership, you’ll leave ready to protect your agents, coach them through hard situations, and lead with confidence.

Graduation:
To graduate from the Principal Broker Academy, all participants must complete the PBA Graduation Application.
Please note, this course does not meet the OREA requirements for Broker Administration and Sales Supervision.
