Oregon Leadership Academy Application
A select group of Oregon REALTORS® applicants are selected each year to participate in the Oregon Leadership Academy (OLA). Applicants who are not admitted one year are encouraged to apply again next year.
Applicant Considerations
Here are a few things you’ll need to know as you consider your application.
Each participant is expected to attend all 3 sessions, which will include public speaking, on-camera interviews, homework between sessions, and a group project.
Those who cannot attend all 3 sessions may be asked to withdraw, with no refund of tuition.
Session 1: February 17–19 at Oregon REALTORS® offices, Salem
Session 2: April 14–16 at Five Pines, Sisters
Session 3: June 23–26 at The Independence Hotel, Independence
Each session begins at 1:00 p.m. on day one and ends by noon on day three.
$895/person, which includes three training sessions, some meals and instructional materials.
Participants are chosen by the Oregon Leadership Academy Selection Committee, based on the information on each application. OLA applicants are active in the industry, government or community-based organizations, and reflect the diversity of the organization.
2027 Oregon Leadership Academy Application
Applications must be submitted no later than close of business on October 1, 2026. All applicants and admitted participants must be a member of Oregon REALTORS®.
As part of your application, you’re asked to provide a photograph that’s appropriate for publication, and posting on the Oregon REALTORS® website and other social media channels.
