For Courtney Benson, real estate has provided the opportunity to build a successful career while staying involved in the communities and industry she cares about. Courtney has been in real estate for more than 10 years, and entered the profession after being approached by a family friend and brokerage owner about joining the business. Since then, she has built a career focused on client service, leadership and professional growth.
As a broker with Sage to Pine Properties, Courtney has also become a dedicated advocate for the industry through her involvement with Oregon REALTORS®. She currently serves on the Board of Directors, has served as Chair of the Safety Committee, and is a graduate of the 2022 Oregon Leadership Academy. Her commitment to professional growth is reflected in earning both her GRI and ABR designations.
Courtney believes one of the most exciting parts of real estate is the opportunity to create a business that reflects who you are. Her advice to new agents is simple but empowering: stay consistent, work hard for your clients, and trust that the people you are meant to work with will find you. She also encourages new REALTORS® to remember there is no ceiling for success in the profession.
Outside of real estate, Courtney enjoys spending time with family, traveling and cheering on baseball. She has also recently rediscovered a passion for pottery, finding creativity and balance outside of work. And while she’s accomplished a great deal professionally, one item still remains on her bucket list: someday being the voice behind a cartoon character.
For Courtney, volunteering and serving within the association has been one of the most rewarding parts of her career. She values the opportunity to collaborate with industry leaders, continue learning and advocate alongside others who are passionate about the future of real estate. Through her leadership, service and enthusiasm for the profession, Courtney continues to make a lasting impact on Oregon’s real estate community.
