For Molly Mullane, real estate represented both a new challenge and a natural next step. After spending 15 years with the same organization, she was ready for a career change when the opportunity arose to join her husband, Colin, a REALTOR® with more than 25 years of experience. Licensed since 2019 and working full-time in real estate since 2021, Molly says she hasn’t looked back.
As a broker with Full Circle Real Estate and a member of the Rogue Valley Association of REALTORS®, Molly has become deeply involved in REALTOR® leadership and advocacy at the local, state and national levels. She currently serves on the Rogue Valley Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors and has held several leadership positions with Oregon REALTORS®, including Professional Development Chair, Executive Committee member and Governance Presidential Advisory Group member. Nationally, she serves on the National Association of REALTORS® Smart Growth Advisory Group and as the Federal Political Coordinator for Congressman Cliff Bentz. She is also a Major Investor in RPAC, demonstrating her commitment to protecting and advancing the real estate profession.
Molly believes success in real estate comes down to effort, reputation and a commitment to serving clients well. Her advice to new REALTORS® is simple: you get out what you put in. While the profession offers flexibility, creativity and independence, she emphasizes that your audience is not other real estate professionals—it is your current and future clients. Building trust and maintaining a strong reputation, she says, are essential to long-term success.
Her dedication to professional growth is reflected in the many designations and certifications she has earned, including Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), GREEN, Certified Earth Advantage Broker and Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) endorsement.
Outside of real estate, Molly enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. A dedicated triathlete, she enjoys swimming, biking, running, trail running and gravel biking, along with general fitness training. She also loves cooking, gardening and pursuing opportunities for lifelong learning. Giving back to her community remains a priority, and she volunteers with Trusted Homes, her local food pantry and Habitat for Humanity.
Looking ahead, a trip to Italy remains high on Molly’s bucket list. Whether through her work with clients, her service to the REALTOR® organization or her commitment to community involvement, Molly continues to make a meaningful impact on the real estate profession and the communities she serves.
