For Deseray Cline, real estate has been a part of her life for decades. A REALTOR® since 2020, Deseray began investing in rental properties and developing real estate in 1999, building years of hands-on experience before entering the profession. While raising and homeschooling seven children, she and her husband explored a variety of real estate ventures, and when 2020 brought an opportunity to pursue her long-standing interest, she obtained her real estate license.
Working with eXp Realty LLC and as a member of Springfield REALTORS®, Deseray brings a self-directed approach to her career. She has earned the AHWD (At Home With Diversity) designation and believes strongly in taking initiative when it comes to professional growth. Her advice to those new to real estate is to not wait for someone else to teach you what you need to know. Instead, she encourages REALTORS® to seek out information, ask questions and connect with people who have experience in the areas they want to learn.
Outside of real estate, Deseray’s focus remains on her family and community. She enjoys working on projects with her husband and children that serve friends, family and others around them. She is also passionate about learning and traveling, particularly meeting people from different cultures and experiencing different ways of life.
Deseray’s approach to real estate is grounded in a desire to serve others and continue growing. Her faith is an important part of that perspective, shaping the way she approaches both her work and her relationships. Looking ahead, one item on her bucket list is to own a business in the food industry—another opportunity to combine her interests in business, people and service.
