Cindy Thackery has been a dedicated professional in the real estate industry since 2013. As a current member of the Oregon REALTORS® Board of Directors and Vice Chair for Government Affairs, Cindy’s leadership extends across local, state, and national levels. She is also a graduate of the Oregon Leadership Academy and the past president of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Portland.
In addition to her extensive involvement in real estate, Cindy holds several prestigious certifications, including RENE, ABR, PMN, C2EX, Certified Buyer Specialist, and Certified Seller Specialist, all of which further enhance her expertise in serving her clients.
Outside of her real estate career, Cindy is a vineyard owner in North Plains, where she spends much of her time nurturing her vines at Thackery Vineyards. A lover of the outdoors, she enjoys hiking with her group once a month, gardening, and driving her classic ’54 Chevy truck to attend car shows. Cindy also dedicates herself to community service, managing three John L. Scott offices and chairing the Kyron Horman Foundation. She is the President-Elect for PMAR and a newly appointed NAR FPC, and she leads a foundation in Columbia County that has raised over $30k in the past two years to support local non-profits and community initiatives.
On her bucket list are trips to Ireland and Tuscany, where she hopes to explore more of the world and expand her horizons. Cindy’s commitment to both her professional and personal life demonstrates a balanced approach, blending hard work with a love for giving back and enjoying life’s adventures.
