Jeff Poteet became a licensed REALTOR® in 2021 and has steadily built a reputation as a trusted and engaged real estate professional in Central Oregon. With four years of experience, Jeff brings both personal passion and professional dedication to his work. Having grown up with parents who regularly bought and sold properties, real estate felt like a natural path. “I always knew I’d end up in real estate,” he says. “Helping people through such an important life decision is something I don’t take lightly. I’m honored each time a client chooses me to guide them through the process.”
Jeff’s commitment to the REALTOR® community is reflected in his active involvement with the Cascades East Association of REALTORS®. Over the years, he has served on multiple committees, including the Professional Networking Committee, three years with the Community Outreach Committee (as both co-chair and chair), and two years with the Government Affairs Committee (also as co-chair). In 2025, Jeff will further his leadership journey as a participant in the Oregon REALTORS® Leadership Academy.
Committed to continued learning and professional development, Jeff has earned both the Ninja Selling designation and the ADU Specialist certification. He is currently working toward his Principal Broker’s license, with plans to complete it by October 2025—another step in his mission to better serve his clients and community.

When he’s not working, Jeff stays active in city government through volunteer roles in planning and economic development—work that ties closely to his passion for building stronger communities. His personal time is filled with adventure and exploration. In the winter, he enjoys skiing and snowshoeing, while warmer months bring hiking, biking, boating, live music, and travel.
Jeff has a big dream on his bucket list: to visit all seven continents at least once—ideally twice. It’s a goal that perfectly matches his curiosity, sense of adventure, and love of discovering new places.
