Why Did You Choose a Career in Real Estate?
“I was looking for a way to serve people in a meaningful way after years in the broadcast and education fields.”
Throughout his time in the industry, Lester has earned many certifications and designations including the C2EX Certification; Certified Residential Brokerage Designation (CRB), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Seller’s Representative Specialist (SRS), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP), e-Pro Certification, Green Resource Designation, Earth Advantage Broker, Resort and Second Home Certification (RSPS), At Home With Diversity Certification (AHWD), and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE).
His Advice to Those Just Starting Out:
“Plan on working hard; it looks easy but it’s not. Gather as much knowledge as you can; it will all come in handy. Have a plan: and work it. Make time for yourself and family; you both deserve it.”
Outside of real estate, Lester enjoys spending time with family, reading and listening to music. He also enjoys golfing and snowboarding, though neither of them often enough.
When asked if he had anything additional to add, Lester remarked, “I am well and truly blessed to be able to enjoy what I do and do what I enjoy.”
