Representing the Mid Valley Association of REALTORS® with pride, James has been a REALTOR® since 2006 and works primarily out of Salem, with additional offices in Tigard, Corvallis, and Vancouver. Over the years, he has expanded his reach and expertise, becoming licensed in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho, and proudly maintaining membership in 10 REALTOR® associations and 7 MLS systems.
In addition to his work with clients, James is committed to elevating the profession. He serves on the Professional Standards and Professional Development committees with Oregon REALTORS® and holds the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation, reflecting his dedication to ongoing education and excellence. His advice to those starting in real estate is straightforward and powerful: “Find a brokerage with access to education and get involved with your local REALTOR® association.”
Outside of real estate, James is a devoted husband and father of two daughters. Family is at the heart of everything he does, from active involvement in their community to exploring the world together. Travel holds a special place on the family bucket list, each new country and culture offering an opportunity to make lasting memories.
