With more than a decade in the industry, Staci Barnes has built a career grounded in dedication, hard work, and a genuine passion for helping REALTORS® and clients succeed. Her journey into real estate began when a friend recommended an office position at a local Keller Williams office, a role that quickly grew into something much more. Rising from CFO to COO and ultimately becoming an investor, she discovered her true calling in teaching and supporting agents as they built thriving, sustainable businesses.
A proud member of the Willamette Association of REALTORS®, Staci became a REALTOR® in 2020 and is a broker with HomeSmart Realty in Salem. With 11 years of experience in the industry, she brings a wealth of operational knowledge, leadership insight, and hands-on understanding of what it takes to grow in real estate.
In addition, she is a graduate of the 2025 Oregon Leadership Academy class, a testament to her commitment to professional development and leadership within our industry.
Staci believes strongly in leading by example. Her advice for those just starting out is clear and motivating: “Be ready to grind—it’s a hard but rewarding industry. You have to be willing to sell, get on the phones, and door-knock. If sales make you uncomfortable, get ready to get uncomfortable! Find a REALTOR® running a business you admire and tag along. And get involved in your community.”
Outside of her professional life, Staci treasures time with her granddaughter and three adult children. She enjoys camping, swimming, and keeping up with the never-ending projects on her family farm. On her bucket list is an ambitious and exciting goal—to visit all 50 states.
Whether mentoring others, serving her clients, or spending time with family, Staci approaches every day with drive, authenticity, and a deep commitment to growth and connection.
