With over a decade in the industry, Lisa Marie Boyd has been helping clients achieve their real estate goals since becoming licensed in 2010. Her path to real estate began during a transitional moment in life, when she sought a career that could combine her entrepreneurial background, love of research, passion for people, and drive for continuous learning. She quickly found that real estate was the perfect fit—offering not only unlimited potential but also the deep satisfaction of helping others succeed.
For Lisa, real estate is more than transactions—it’s about creating pathways to success. Whether she’s guiding a first-time homebuyer, assisting a seller through a major life change, or mentoring another REALTOR®, she approaches each relationship with empathy, focus, and a commitment to helping others reach their goals. “This career has been fulfilling not just for me and my family,” she says, “but for the joy of seeing others achieve their dreams.”
Her commitment to the profession extends well beyond her own business. At the state level, she has served on the Oregon REALTORS® Forms Committee and Business Affairs Committee, and in 2024 she graduated from the Oregon Leadership Academy. Locally, she has contributed her expertise to the Government Affairs Committee and will serve as the 2025 Willamette Association of REALTORS® President. Her dedication and leadership have not gone unnoticed—she is honored to be named the 2025 REALTOR® of the Year.
Professional growth has always been a priority for Lisa, reflected in her achievement of the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation. When asked what advice she would offer new agents, she emphasizes authenticity and adaptability: “Show up. Be relational. Be willing to learn and adjust. Don’t be afraid to say, ‘I don’t know.’ Follow a system—and be the most reasonable person in the room.”
Outside of real estate, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and giving back through volunteer work. Her hobbies include cooking, wine tasting—sometimes at the same time—and hiking. Always up for adventure, her bucket list includes rafting the Colorado River, touring the Galapagos Islands, and earning her pilot’s license.
Above all, Lisa approaches real estate with professionalism, integrity, and heart—qualities that continue to make a lasting impact on her clients, her colleagues, and the REALTOR® community she proudly serves.
