Oregon REALTORS® provides risk-management education, business tools and services to reduce risk, increase profitability and keep members abreast of current issues affecting the real estate industry. What is the Legal Hotline?
The Oregon REALTORS® Legal Hotline provides subscribers the opportunity to ask real estate-related questions of an attorney specializing in real estate and contract law. Oregon REALTORS® can support member subscribers on a variety of topics including disclosure, license law, contracts and offers.
What is the cost of the Legal Hotline?
A one-year subscription is $125 (prorated for calendar year) and begins from time of sign-up.
How do I submit questions to the Legal Hotline?
The Legal Hotline is open to subscribers year-round, excluding weekends, holidays, and during the state and national conventions, Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
