FACILITY MANUAL

The Facility Manual includes information about the Plaza, has general building guidelines, rules, and regulations, and is intended to assist tenants and their employees. However, it does not change or replace the terms of leases or lease amendments.

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

Before beginning work, all Contractors must sign a copy of the Contractor Guidelines and the Hold Harmless Agreement.

INCIDENT REPORT

Complete this form whenever an injury or security incident has occurred.

SUBMIT REQUEST FOR MAINTENANCE OR REPAIRS

Maintenance or Repair Request

All requests for maintenance or repairs should be submitted to the Facility Manager in writing.
