We’re pleased to provide plans that help REALTORS® get the dental and vision coverage they need through Ameritas insurance.  

Open Enrollment for the Oregon REALTORS® Ameritas Dental and Vision Plan is now here. The last day to make changes is December 31, 2024, and all changes will be in effect from January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025.

Make sure to review the benefits in the 2025 plan guide carefully, and then enroll or make changes to your existing enrollment before December 31, 2024.

Since it’s open enrollment, you can change your dental plan, add a vision benefit, and add or delete dependents. It’s also a great time to update your address or payment information. Note that the way this plan is structured, there must be a dental plan in place before a person can enroll in a vision plan.

• If you’re already enrolled and don’t want any changes, you don’t need to do anything. Your enrollment and plan will rollover with the new rates.
• If you aren’t currently enrolled, now is the time to add yourself and family members.

For changes or new enrollment, simply complete the Dental and Vision Election Form and Enrollment/Change/Waiver Form from the booklet and return to both Karen Reed-Jennings,  karen@jbg-inc.com, with Johnson Benefit Group and Katie Tucker, katiet@qvirisk.com, at QVI. They manage these programs for Oregon REALTORS®.
