Oregon REALTORS® Member Drew Coleman Elected as the 2026 NAR Region 12 Regional Vice President
Congratulations to Drew Coleman, who has been elected as the 2026 National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Region 12 Regional Vice President (Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, and Alaska). RVPs oversee NAR’s work, serve as NAR spokespersons in their region, and chair the regional caucuses among other duties.
Drew (ABR, AHWD, C2EX, CRB, CRS, ePRO, GRI, MRP, PSA, RENE, SRES, SRS) is a 2020 graduate of NAR Leadership Academy, and the 2025 Chair of the NAR RPAC Trustees Fundraising Committee. He has served as 2021 President of the Oregon REALTORS® and 2019 President of the Portland Metropolitan Association of REALTORS® (PMAR). He has been named an RISMedia Real Estate Newsmaker, RateMyAgent U.S. Agent of the Year—Western Region, and in 2022 was Oregon REALTORS’® Realtor of the Year. Drew has earned his place as one of the industry’s most respected leaders.
Drew founded Opt Real Estate in 2022 and has led his brokerage to achieve nearly a billion dollars in sales. Outside of the office, Drew works with nonprofits that focus on housing and foster care, he coaches youth basketball and explores the Pacific Northwest with his wife Marisa and their three children.
We applaud Drew’s election not simply because he’s a successful REALTOR®. It’s his commitment to excellence and ability to bring people together for the greater good of real estate. He sees beyond the transaction, understanding that each deal is an opportunity to make a lasting impact. It doesn’t hurt that he brings a great sense of humor and a 6’6” frame. In all his roles, Drew exemplifies what it means to be a REALTOR®—dedicated, strategic, and deeply invested in the future of his community and profession.
The Regional Vice Presidents of the National Association of REALTORS® consist of 13 elected individuals who are appointed to oversee the work of the National Association in their respective region and act as the representative of the President in such matters as may be assigned to them.
In addition to serving as the spokesperson for the Association in their respective region, the RVP identifies problems or opportunities within the region and assists wherever possible.
It is the responsibility of the RVP to attend their regional State Conventions as well as the two annual meetings of the National Association and to chair the regional caucus meetings (held at both the REALTORS® Legislative Meetings & Trade Expo and the REALTORS® Conference & Expo) to conduct regional business affairs and exchange information.
