Why did Oregon REALTORS® launch Forms?

Oregon REALTORS® believes that it is important to offer a comprehensive suite of business and risk management tools and benefits to our members. As the statewide trade association for real estate brokers and principal brokers in Oregon, we have long provided a variety of risk management tools and advice to our members including our Risk Management Toolkit, Buyer and Seller Advisories, and the Legal Hotline.

We hear early and often about industry, market, and legal trends. Through our Legal Hotline, we hear about the issues that snag and make or break a transaction, and we know where REALTORS® are getting hung up and where they are exposed to risk. Through our Professional Standards Committee we deal with issues related to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics.

Given all this, it made sense to us to also provide real estate forms as a member benefit and our Board of Directors decided to do so. Oregon REALTORS® Forms have proven to be nimble and responsive to changes in the industry and to growing concerns of members as they arise.

Oregon REALTORS® now joins the vast majority of state REALTOR® associations across the U.S. in providing forms as a member benefit.

How do I get my Forms?

Oregon REALTORS® Forms are available on Transactions (zipForm Edition) and Dotloop to all members as part of your membership, because we believe you shouldn’t have to pay more to complete a transaction. Access via Breeze and SkySlope is through a separate subscription that you or you office may maintain. Check the top of this page for each forms provider’s login information.

If you do not see Oregon REALTORS® Forms in the library of your provider, please contact the platform’s customer service for assistance.

How do I stay current on any changes regarding Oregon REALTORS® Forms?

Updates will be posted on our web page, regular newsletters are sent out to our members, and we typically offer a webinar to review updates. Oregon REALTORS® also works with all of the vendors who host Oregon REALTORS® Forms to educate users about any changes. We host a Forms Forum at Spring Governance in April and Fall Governance in October where in-person and virtual attendees learn about updates and provide input and feedback.

What if I have Forms comments or suggestions?

Oregon REALTORS® updates its forms twice yearly based on changes to the law and member feedback, unless other events create the need for an additional update. Our forms have undergone revisions based on member feedback since their launch. Reach out with your comments and suggestions, and we’ll take them all under consideration.

May I choose more than one partner platform as a member benefit?

The short answer is no. If you already have access to the Oregon REALTORS® Forms through one of either Dotloop, Transactions (zipForm Edition), or SkySlope, the Oregon REALTORS® Forms End User License Agreement requires that you not set up an additional member benefit account.

In other words, if you already have access to Forms through another platform, we ask that you not sign up for another. This helps us be efficient and good stewards of our resources, because Oregon REALTORS® pays each vendor for member access.
